Bad Boyz Burgers — Restaurant in Great Britain

Ordered here once before, but never seen anything like this before. Is Donner meat supposed to be served this way? Surely wasn't like last time I ordered. Was looking forward to this burger, however once it arrived, it shocked me how someone could serve something like that to thier customers. It tasted burned with the hint of hot plate that it was used to burn on. I took this back to the take away, they state they serve the donner by frying it on the hot plate before serving. My question is when has donner been served like this? Understandable if it was special donner being prepared. However the special donner served was burned, tasted of burned hot plate and dried out. Clearly demonstrating this is not fresh either as old donner meat/boxed donner meat is being reheated and served. My recent visit to Bad Boys Burgers was far from satisfactory. The staff was incredibly rude, and to make matters worse, they demanded extra charges just to change basic pizza toppings—something that should have been included or at least clearly communicated upfront.

The pizza itself was a letdown. The dough tasted stale, as if it had been sitting around for days, and the pizza was badly burnt, leaving a bitter aftertaste. The veggie burger wasn’t good as expected for the price.

Their drinks had different prices, but it wasn't clear when the sales assistant asked me to select a drink, so at point of changing my mind, I was asked to pay 50p more, the miscommunication left a negative feeling and it wasn't about the money, but more about customer service, especially since they didn't make it clear during the selection process...
