I have been a couple of times at Huqqa. However the service it's just bad. Usually we go to relax, have some drinks and shisha but they are so insistent to sell what they want not what you are looking to have. Once we spent on drinks, shisha, food etc and after 2 hours they just bring you the bill without you asking. Like you need to go. The bar was half empty. Another day we went just for drinks and food. Was early,around 7pm,we sat and the employee came, we ordered food and he was asking if he can bring the shisha. I start to laugh. Guys first I need to have food, afterwards maybe I will have shisha. We finished the food and the employees came again, saying this is a shisha bar. You need to order a shisha. I start to laugh. I was saying usually I do ask for shisha but today my partner doesn't want so I'll pass today. The employee said, you needed to spent 40 pounds if you are not gonna have shisha 😂😂😂.. I left and I'm not gonna ever go there. Was a very bad experience. I could see other days but was near to my home and I said maybe will be better next time. Well with this attitude let me add something, if your are gonna start a new management, this place it's recently reopened, at least hire or train people who knows how to attend.

And please, the place it's gorgeous, however the toilets they are just too awful /dirty, for someone who charges 40pounds in a bar at 7pm after having me dinner.

P. S The mocktails need improvement and usually the client choose what he wants not the employee's... Just a comment.. 🤔🙈😳😳😱😱Awful experience!

Place is terrible 1 shisha per 2 people even though I’m only one that smokes out of 4 people others we’re gonna get food and drinks, £25 for one shisha is too much and when other 7 friends arrived they were there for less than 5 minutes before they left because they all agreed it was not a good place to chill and was too expensive, and if you don’t sit up straight they tell you it goes against their policies and to leave the shoes on sofa not a problem completely understandable, and when I was the only white customer I had seen couple other people not sitting straight up and they only came up to me to tell me “it’s against their policies” VERY RACIST PLACE in my opinion nothing to do with table manners, friend of mine went to sit on another chair instead of the sofa and said they couldn’t due to health and safety, why even have the chairs there then?? I go to shisha lounges every day and never had that much of a bad experience, Tubo is No1 shisha lounge for Leicester if anyone is looking around, take it from me don’t go here if you want to chill out and have a chill time. We left on our own accord within 30 minutes of being there felt like being watched over every move we made there, made us feel very uncomfortable. Don’t know about the food as never got that far...
