Terrible customer service and unfreindly staff. I booked a table for 20 for a family celebration. When we arrived it was to find they hadn't bothered to put us a table together and had seated us all on 3 separate tables most of us with our backs to the rest of the family. I immediately ask the staff if they could put the tables together which would have taken them a few minutes as there was 3-4 of them and they refused point blank to move the tables . It was a Wednesday and not busy so there was no reason not to. A blonde girl was paticularly rude and on the verge of angry said they wouldn't move them because it was a fire hazard. I had to point out at that point that two of the tables were directly in front of the doors and that was a fire hazard in itself and they should be moved. (One of our party is a fireman). A man eventually said it was difficult for THEM to get around the table if it was bigger and that's why they wouldn't move them. My answer don't book large parties if you don't want to serve them. I would definately not recommend this place for large groups as, I only got to speak to my nephew a couple of times on this birthday because of the seating arrangement because I had to get up and walk to his table and couldn't do this during the meal, which spoilt the night, the same applied to other family who had made an effort to travel too. I would have given a one star review because the staff were not very friendly after that when serving us, except the food was good and it was prepared quickly, but it's the service that effects your experience and it wasn't...

A shame really because if you were to judge a book by it's cover you would think that it's a top quality restaurant especially given the price - the staff were lovely and very accomodating my food was adequate, but my better half asked for the satay to not be cooked in chillis as she doesn't like hot and spicy food, now whether the message was not passed on or the chef didn't do what was asked but I overheard the table next to us ask for a dish to be returned and cooked to order - when we raised the issue with another waitress she responded with it's down to personal taste, but I tried some of the dish and it's spicy enough to make my lips burn 🥵 - there was no apology in any way shape or form just that it was down to her pallet which I thought was a bit off and kind of spoiled what was a pleasant evening -...

Saturday night walk-in but was given a table, albeit with the caveat it was needed in an hour and a half. No problem. Service was excellent, very efficient. Order taken swiftly, we ordered the Chinese banquet for 2 - set in stone menu choices (I did ask if I could swap a dish out but it was a no); wasn't a big deal really, just meant 1 dish I couldn't eat. Food was absolutely delicious. Hot, tasty, filling, plenty of rice to accompany. Cannot fault the 2/3 dishes I could eat. T'other half enjoyed all 3!
