Burger King — Restaurant in Great Britain

First time coming to this place, firstly the menu system was so confusing as some burgers they offer as meals and some don't ...nowhere on the screen does it tell u this so i figured we ordered the burger then added the fries and drink separately. But £8 for a regular drink and fries is a rip off!.. figured something was wrong i chose a different burger then it gave me the option for a meal 😑 (it needs a section for meal deals).....so had to start again which when you're hungry is so repetitive. The place was an absolute mess, they had cleaning cones out everywhere but nobody was actually cleaning, none of the tables, chairs or floors were clean (it was empty when I arrived so theres no excuse for staff to grab a brush and sweep up or wipe down the tables) Instead the manager walked around chest puffed up as if its his business and make googley eyes at the blonde girl with a ponytail cooking our order 😑 Massively dropped the ball and I'll never...

Me and my dad came to have a nice treat as we rarely go to burger king. We were dissapointed, to say the least. As soon as we walked in, we had our first problem. The floor was extremely sticky and made a horrible noise everytime you moved. It was like having suction cups for feet. This was not just in one area of the restaurant, but the whole floor was like this. Other customers around us were also complaining about the dirty conditions. Next, to make matters worse, the waiting time for our food was horrendous! We waited atleast half an hour after ordering, and it wasn't even very busy. I've never had such poor service. The staff looked very annoyed and it wasn't a very nice atmosphere in here. The food, was okay in the end, but we payed an extortionate price just for the burger alone, not even with chips and a drink. I would not...

Had to wait for 20 minutes before I got served and I was at the front. When ordering the food I asked for no salad he said okay. When the burger arrived after yet another 20 minutes. I wanted to sit in the high section yet half of the joint was blocked off when there was knowbody even cleaning it. When I sat down I opend the burger to find salad in it. At this point the cue was out the door so there was no point waiting on it. So I picked the salad out I went to get my ketchup out and I found that there was none in my bag. So I went to the counter to ask for them and there was a Couple odering half of the bloody menu so I had to wait and when I finally got them I got 1 Sache.
