Pizza Hut Restaurants Teesside Park — Restaurant in Great Britain

I am actually upset to give my favourite restaurant one star but my experience was gravely traumatic. I am also embarrassed that I am posting it on my dog’s google account but my memory of this experience was so life-changing I had to report this immediately to save other’s lives. To start, I was actually falling asleep in the queue! I waited for 40 mins before I approached a member of staff and asked for a time length our table may be! They said 20 mins but no no no I had to wait an additional half an hour to sit down! I find this deeply disappointing as we are regular customers at Pizza Hut as well as slimming world! Furthermore, when I went to sit down there was a massive dirty patch on my seat! You would think after an hour they’d be able to clean the booths! I made my child to sit there but nonetheless it is unacceptable. You would think this was it but then you would be wrong. There was no nachos at the salad bar. I have been keeping to my diet all week as my weight loss nurse instructed for my diabetes so when I went to the salad bar and my favourite healthy treat was gone it saddened me quite frankly.This next paragraph was my wife’s take on the situation.

The visit I recently endured has recently caused my restaurant standers to drop so so low. I was promised a 20 minute wait which was bad enough as I had somewhere to be. Places to go, people to see 🙄. It turned out to be an astonishingly long wait of 40 MINUTES to even get seated. This is horrific, to even type this, it causes me great pain. I am expecting a refund and I will be contacting you very very soon. If I were you, I would be quaking in fear.

To make matters more complicated, the lighting was too dark and didn’t compliment my facial structure as much as usual. This really concerned me and made me insecure through out the whole journey. This experience only left me with a hole in my heart and in my stomach and pondering my decision as to why I ever wanted to work here. I will now be choosing pizza express in the future, if only I was that smart before. I hope everyone who comes here had a better...

Pizza was ok sides were barely cooked and luke warm we asked for drinks with no ice got ice, (petty but part of service so will be mentioned) 4 serving staff in a restaurant with max 3 tables in use including ours at 1230 lunchtime. They were to busy talking amongst themselves to give information on deals on offer or even that buffet was avaliable, had to give my order 3 times as she didn't appear to be listening watching the other staff taking even then my mum checked she got it right due to allergies (she hadn't got it!) When food came the server carried on conversation with other server over the 2 tables just plonked food down on table and walked off . This was after waiting 35 minutes for 2 pizzas a garlic bread and fries fries barely cooked and barely warm garlic bread was like tepid stale bread salad station was disgusting bits of salad scattered all over half filled as other half was either on floor or over rest of counter. Had a slice of pizza each then asked for bill and 2 boxes to take pizza home with us to be told not allowed as it was buffet offer we had! Big mistake server was corrected that we'd not been informed buffet was on and we'd ordered of main menu we git boxes took pizza and left. We paid full bill as we just couldn't get out fast enough was the worst ever experience we've had and its certainly questionable if the staff there were there to ignore customers or just nit be aware on how its supposed to be done. Today I went to Pizza Hut on Teesside retail park, I haven't been to a pizza hut in about 5 years and I have to say I wasn't disappointed. The food was excellent (the fact that you can now get the unlimited drinks is brilliant) and the service was top notch very friendly, attentive, accurate and fast I couldn't have asked for more. I think our server was holly or molly, though I may be wrong but she was a thing brunette and she had braces. She was excellent and deserves a raise very attentive but without being intrusive. When the food came (with a hardly any waiting) it was piping hot and delicious. My daughter loved the ice cream factory although she basically had a bowl of sweets, still that's what she wanted do she was happy. If you have time I recommend everybody come here, if not you may live to regret it. I once said I'd buy singe new batteries four my tyco radio controlled hovercraft and I never got round to doing it and now some 24 years later I would love to have a pay with it again, don't let Pizza Hut become your hovercraft,...
