Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever seen from a burger king from the moment I walked in. No que when I walked in and the staff were more interested in talking to their friends on the table in front of the counter and asking when they could go on their brake. When I got served after looking annoyed at the wait, waited even longer for my meal to be told my side's would need to be cooked but would let me know when they were ready. Again the staff were more interested in their break and kindly forgot to tell me they were ready until I got up and asked again. Staff still less than helpful so asked for a manager who quite frankly couldn't care less. I asked for a complaints email which was written on a scrap of paper. Sent two test emails whilst sat down both of which were of course undeliverable. Returned to speak with the manager who again, couldn't care less. I told him I would like their formal complaints procedure so he went to get it. Then sent a member of staff out to ask what it was that I wanted. He didn't know their complaints procedure, likely story, so gave me another scrap of paper with a store number and the names of staff involved and still with a pretty poor attitude considering I explained how dissatisfied it was. If you want awful service and a manager who literally couldn't care less, then ask for Dan. He'll deliver the poor service with out any care for your complaint and will kindly make comments about you outside the store after you have left not realising your parked all of...
Read moreStopped by the drive thru on the way back from Barry! Wish I'd not wasted my time or money! There were 2 customers in the restaurant, 2 cars in the car park! We went through the drive thru and gave our order and before we had chance to say we had a voucher code she cut us off and told us to drive round..
We then drove round to the window to pay, a red headed girl opened the window, barked a price at us and stood there with her hand out! I then said sorry I've got a code but you went before I could tell you. She slammed the card machine down! audibly huffed at us and rolled her eyes in plain view of us!! I mean seriously!! If I was driving I'd have told her to clearly not waste her precious time on our order and to forget it!!! She carried on being rude, condescending and just grunting at us. We drive to the next window! The drinks were shoved into the car window and the window slammed shut again.. she then opened them again .. here's your food and shut them! No straws! No napkins! Didn't even give us chance to ask for Sauces!!! So unbelievably rude and brought down the standard of Burger King! I'm disgusted with the poor and basically none existent customer service. Clearly she had much better things to do in her empty restaurant!
To top it off the chips were soggy and cold, same as the burgers... cold ! But there was no way I was willing to go back in and deal with her appalling attitude!!

Read moreVisited Culverhouse Burger king drive thru today 1-11-2020 To order a big family meal. The order was right on the screen. When the order was given to me and I reach home I found that the Bacon chicken royal meal was missing and a a veggie bean burger meal also the kids veggie meal I said no ketchup as my son dont eat it only to find ketchup in this burger. I called the branch and spoke to a member of staff who said that the meal missing can be replaced for next time which would have meant that 2 people in the family would have be left out without food. I asked them to deliver and was told no and to come back to the restaurant which now has costed me petrol which will not be refund in anyway or form. This has happened in a previous restaurant in Barry where we said NO mayonnaise and every burger had mayonnaise we sent £45 that day.
