Food Station — Restaurant in Great Britain

We ordered our meal to the house and the food was lovely but they had forgotten 2 cans of coke that we ordered. I rang back and they said they would send it out on the next delivery 1 hour later it never showed so I rang them back to enquire on where they are but they said it was on the way and it should only be 5 minutes which I said okay thanks . Another 45 minutes go by and no drinks so I then rang back to ask again then they said to me that it is on the way and I replied I have rang back 3 times now where are the drinks ? He replied asking the address which I then replied to him the address he then hung up on me. I ordered over the phone a 2 pizzas with sides for collection. One margarita and one double pepperoni with extra pineapple. It was 9 minutes there and 9 back from our caravan site (the alders, Alne). 2 hungry kids ticked into their margarita and chips which was fine. My double pepperoni and pineapple was just cheese and pineapple, that classic combination! I phones to complain, couldn’t deliver a new one as it was too far! Only colllection. This is the fourth time we have ordered from food station. It will also be our last. We ordered the meal deal 4 which was 2 x 13in pizza’s chips and a bottle of pop. We didn’t get the chips and the pizza’s were very poor. The kebab pizza was literally a margarita pizza, it had that little kebab meat on it. The American hot had no onions or peppers on and very few jalapeños. The large kebab was pitiful. The burger box was the only item that was passable.
