Barbe-Q — Restaurant in England

Well we're do I start! Me and my husband are new to the area and thought we would treat ourselves to a takeaway. We looked at menu at home. And even though we thought it looked expensive. We still decided to drive down and purchase an order thinking at that price it must be a decent place with good quality food. My husband went in and collected order. We drove straight home so it would stay warm. As soon as we opened boxes we were faced with a dried up chicken parmo with no beschamel sauce what so ever and over done cheese which had gone hard and what there was of it.the underneath was soggy. think they need to look up the recipe for the word PARMO! Dried up chips. My husband ordered a kebab which tasted like leather and was a puddle of grease in tray. The garlic dip tasted just wierd. And really shouldn't have mint in it. The chilli sauce tasted like tinned tomatoes. The whole meal was tasteless. And to top it off we spent over £25 which states a free garlic bread with cheese. We did not receive it! Please do not waste your money in Barbe-q. Worst takeaway we...

Clean shop with efficient and friendly staff. Their extensive menu includes pizzas, burgers, kebabs, kids meals and much more. There's also some outside tables where you can sit and wait while your food is prepared. Only problem I encountered was, I ordered pizzas for my Grandchildren without stipulating their preference of thin based pizzas, as a consequence of this we were given thick base and they only ate one piece each and left the rest - my fault and not the shop....and I struggled to eat the kids leftover pizzas on top of my order so a lot of it was subsequently wasted (which is one of my "pet hates"). I only mention this point as a guidance to others so they don't follow suit - so, be precise with what you order. Nothing negative to report. Give it a try if you're in the Easingwold...

My phone experience was disgusting!! I was belittled because i was placing a large order ( which was feeding 4 adults) he's level of customer service was appalling!! How he spoke to me with the words & i quote ' Jesus calm down' 'large order' 'you have already said that' ( I was adding on to the order yet he still throught i already ordered). I am disgusted & disappointed! I WILL NEVER EVER BE ORDERING FROM THIS...
