Lovely place in Easingwold about 10/15 miles from York. Nice welcoming, snug is probably the word, but....there's always a but! I just wanted something light and ordered a burger, it came out pretty sharpish with other meals a nice fresh sesame bun, the "burger" tasted weird and was too smooth, I think it was tinned, like the sausages you can get. The bun was un- toasted and just turned to slime. Wasn't comfortable in complaining because it was bought for me....more fool me I suppose. Working away from home, sometimes you're not sure where to grab something to eat, the easy option is a meal deal at the local supermarket. I much prefer fresh food prepared. What an amazing place to go! The staff are brilliant and very helpful! I've not been for ages since it was taken over from previous owners but now find myself not being able to get enough of this place and their mouth watering, very well priced and big portions of heavenly food and drinks!
