HPK — Restaurant in Great Britain

We started using HPK after the Kebab Shop we'd been using for over 20 years closed. We didn't know if we could find somewhere that could do food as nice as the place we'd used for so long but we were so impressed with HPK.

The service has always been incredible. We tend to go in to collect as they're not far from us, but they are always very quick preparing the food and the order I'd always right. In the past we've used other places and often found items missing - sometimes only minor issues but still frustrating. We've had no such issues with HPK. The staff are always on the ball.

The food quality is excellent. Tasty and hot and always at a fair price. I'd go so far as to say they are better than the place we'd used for 20 years previously and we'll be happy to stay customers.

A hats off to the owner and the hard working staff who are all doing a fantastic job. I can't review delivered food as we always go to collect but I think the number of deliveries going out probably speaks...

Ordered tonight after being unable to decide what to do for tea, seeing the reviews, decided to give it a go. Was not disappointed. Ordered the HPK mixed special kebab. Received a phone call shortly after ringing the order through to inform me, if I spent another 50p we got a free garlic bread, so ordered a drink. Collected the food. The place, both inside & out, looked clean & professional. When we got home & ate the food, it was cooked to perfection. All the meats were tasty, not over done or under, moist & seasoned so well. The chips were tasty, crispy on the outside & fluffy inside. Garlic mayo was just right, chilli sauce was tasty with just the right kick. Coleslaw was tasty & crunchy & the side salad was fresh. The garlic bread was spot on too, plenty of cheese & you could definitely taste the garlic, the base was just right too. Will definitely be returning to try more on the menu, if it's as good as tonight's has been, clean & tasty food, worth...

I ordered my food at 8pm for delivery at 9pm ( I have an hours drive home from work and after a 12 hour shift and a long drive I really didn’t want to cook, I wanted hot food waiting for me) I arrived home to find a cold kebab that had been sat there already 35 minutes. I rang to complain, I was a bit miffed, but the gentleman I spoke to was very polite and apologetic. This calmed me straight away. They compensated me with a large order, delivered hot within 15 minutes. I have always enjoyed the food from HPK, it’s always been lovely, and still is, I was just miffed at not being able to eat hot food straight away on my return home from work. So, 10/10 for your food and 10/10 for dealing with my grumpy tired complaint in such a kind and generous way. Thank you....
