This pub is by far the most cliquiest and judgemental place I’ve ever been. I went in there with my friend we’re both very camp and the staff and regulars of the pub really didn’t like us having a snippet of personality. I was nearly physically assaulted by a male outside and the staff told me I was causing trouble simply for talking to people? I thought a pub was meant to be a social, happy place but the vibe I got was no one wanted to be talked to, they didn’t like people actually having fun and this is why it has the reputation of being a boring pub that’s no good to anyone who isn’t an old white...

Its a great pub at the top of the high street. The regulars are a bit rough around the edges but, as is often the case, friendly.
