Istanbul Kebab House — Restaurant in Great Britain

Ordered food and waited nearly 2 hours before i had to ring them, only to find out they had closed. Had to get a refund from FoodHub and they told me they didn't fulfil the order because i was too far from them, 1.9 miles to be exact. Rather than ring me and notify me, they just closed up and left me wondering where my food was for 2 hours. What a complete joke of a business. All you had to do was ring and explain but you couldn't be bothered. Remember your a small local business, you rely on the local people to keep you in business so treat them with some respect next time instead of ignoring the problem. If your unwilling to deliver to someone who is less than 2 miles away then you better come off the app....

Ordered last night at 12:17, was told my order would arrive my 1:20, I called them once it got to 1:30 which took me half an hour to get through to them as the line was engaged and then the lady I spoke to was very rude. I was told the food was with the delivery driver. I rang again at 2:20 with no answer. I decided to go up to bed at 3:00 after no food arrived. I gave a review on just eat and received a great home call to say that they had knocked and I didn’t answer the door, even though I was sat in the front room and I have 2 dog that would have barked if somebody had knocked. Terrible! Shaking! Frustration level is through the roof! Never in my time on this earth has another living soul spoke to me in such a manner that has made me physically shed a tear. I thought there was a close community in this town but now I dont have the slightest idea what to believe. They wouldn't deliver my large chicken doner with cheesey chips and garlic sauce just around the corner (and believe this) I even paid £3 delivery. My week is now completely ruined and everytime I think of chicken doner it now makes me emotional. I might have to start eating lamb doner now. FUMING!
