Poor Customer Service at jazz bar

I recently dined at jazz bar and, while I thoroughly enjoyed the food, I was extremely disappointed by the poor customer service my friend and I received from our server.

During our visit, I politely asked for extra sauce, only to be met with an unnecessary remark from the server, telling me that I "should say please"—despite my request already being made respectfully. Additionally, I couldn't help but notice a stark difference in the way we were treated compared to another table of white customers, who received noticeably better service and a more welcoming attitude.

I wanted to bring this to your attention because, despite the quality of the food, this experience left me feeling unwelcome. Thank you Jazz Bar, we had a lovely meal yesterday celebrating our friend birthday. This restaurant has such a cozy and charming atmosphere! from the moment you walk in. They have a good music ,the tables and chairs are so comfortable that make it so ideal place for a relaxed meal. Everything we had was so delicious, i had salad for my starter and Sea bass with vegetables for main, and it was well cooked not overdone the carrots still crunchy. Although i have to asked for my dietary option no potatoes and no problem at all. The price's of the menu is not bad at all. The overall service was fantastic very friendly staff Shane .. EXCEPTIONAL is one word I would use to describe my experience at Jazz Bar and Restaurant. They provided a 5 star winning combination of a beautiful atmosphere, amazing food and drinks and outstanding service. Would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to experience authentic Zimbabwean\ South African food and drinks!
