We attended for a nice evening meal with our toddler. We are from blackburn so we thought to try this new restaurant. Morrocan food is usually our favourite but i had a few doubts with this restaurant being in blackburn.

Giving them the benefit of the doubt being open just over 2 months as our server told us. ( Who was an amazing host to us and was from Morroco himself, which was nice to see this authenticity). We did order two mains and a side dish for our toddler to share with us.

The steak was cooked well along with my chicken dish the only fault would be it was the chicken dish i ordered was a bit hard so it didn't seem as fresh as they were portraying. The mash seemed to be ready made store bought mash. ( We are foodies and we cook a range of cuisines at home so you know when a mash isn't freshly homemade- the colour/ texture of it wasn't homemade) The wings were definitely what needed work. they were cold and dry. we could barely chew them. They were definitely niblets and not wings. we had to send these back and they offered to send us a new batch. but the new batch was still the same. they were cold and not fresh. Now wings are not supposed to be like this and serving these to customers thinking they will agree with you is just not on. Myself and husband have worked in restaurants as waiters and also owned one. so this was definitely something that can have work put into it to make it better. we do think we got some sort of food poisoning from this as the food was not fresh.

The restaurant was not busy although it was a Saturday night so that didn't contribute towards the quality of the food. Although it still shouldn't.

Seems like a decent place but needs a lot of work. Maybe if we visit in a years time it will have been more established. A shame as we were really excited to try moroccan food...

Amazing ! Came here for the set Iftar menu and could not fault the food!!!! Outstanding service, delicious food and a divine aura. Defos recommend this to everyone, families and friends. Iftar set menu (opened fast with dates and fruit selection) - starters a choice of soup with bread, humus, yoghurt and olives, I opted for the Moroccan Harira soup which was to die for, main course with 6/7 options to choose from including dishes with lamb, fish or chicken (very good portion sizes*) this came with salad, rice and a mix of vegetables for the table and then a selection of desserts including baklava and basbousa, with complimentary Moroccan tea! All for just £25pp!!!!! Was more than full after this feast! Thank you so much for having us. Will certainly be...

Was invited to Kasbah’s opening, from entering - first impression - lovely warm Moroccon vibe and hospitality, the deco, atmosphere, buffet and music was amazing, we had an amazing evening.

Since the opening myself and a friend returned to Kasbah for brunch today, thought it fair to leave some wonderful feedback given the service was excellent, staff were very welcoming and polite, lovely and comfortable seating, fabulous atmosphère, peaceful, food was delicious and warm, and served timely we ordered kofta tajin, Moroccon salad, Philly cheesesteak, Moroccon za3za3 smoothie, and mama’s basbasou with Moroccon tea ( defo must try). Although we stayed longer than we anticipated we were not rushed nor made to feel so. Massive thank you for a great...

I came here with my cousins for a girls dinner. From the service to the food, it was exceptional. The hospitality we received from the get go was very friendly. They made sure that we were comfortable and made sure that they completed all the additional requests we had to a high standard. We ordered a lamb cuisine, chicken sizzler and two of their delicious pastas. It was absolutely mouth watering, especially for someone who is a little plain when it comes to food, they really exceeded my expectations. A big jazakhallah to all the staff who served us, you could definitely see such warm spirits between them all. I hope this restaurant flourishes.

The best tajin, the best Harrira soup and briwat ( Moroccan samosas) and the best mint tea! And it is coming from a North African person who ate this type of food all my life so I know if it is authentic and it is just like home made food with all the spices and flavour. Amazing food in a beautiful place with great staff! Highly recommended . 5 stars by far! ( sorry not had the chance to take a picture of the plate full we were too eager to taste it! )
