Manjaros Express Middlesbrough — Restaurant in Great Britain

Gone really downhill this place, food is disgusting now very poor quality, really bad chefs and staff, food is just terrible and service is terrible now, they have got tight and stingy with their food since moving into their bigger store next door, the parmo was horrible mushy thick rubbery weird tasting parmo , ate 2 bites and no one could eat any more they used to give 2 sauces with their parmos and now they give just one, sauce is watered down, they used to give free coleslaw with parmos and now they don't, they used to give a good portion of chips which were nice fresh soft chips before years ago but now it was horrible overcooked burnt oil ridden chips what they gave me, they used to give you a decent amount of fresh salad now they gave me a dirty box mainly empty with old ridden lettuce and a stale watery leaf inside. prices have increased yet they give less and food is worse, doesn't make sense, this place used to be good few years ago when they had normal staff working and they weren't stingy, now they have become greedy and have employed cheap labour and its took a toll on the quality of food and service. management have become tight and stingy using these tactics to save yet its just backfired. the haloumi sticks tasted horrible and stale, not how they used to be, its like they have chosen a cheaper brand, king prawn starter was HORRENDOUS, gave me a portion of rice enough for 2 people that fills their takeaway box same box as a rasta pasta box, they give you only 3 prawns, thats right just three prawns, you pay £10 for 3 prawns and some old bit of stale rice, what a joke this place has become. the rasta pasta was beyong a joke too, was full off peppers, hardly any chicken and hardly any actual pasta. £51 order gone to waste worst food ruined my ramadan iftar. no one could genuinely eat it and it was not edible in the slightest, could have went somewhere twice as cheap and got miles better quality food. Just had the most disgusting parmo from this Manjaros delivered for my tea and it was absolutely horrible as the bottom of the parmo was overcooked and crunchy. When I cut into it, the bread crumbs from the bottom of the parmo crumbled and came off the parmo itself. It was £20 all together for the parmo and my drink - won't be ever ordering from Manjaros Middlesbrough Express ever again. I was thinking of having a parmo on my birthday from these guys but after having that disgusting one for my tea, I'm not going to bother as the prices are ridiculous for the poor quality of food that I received. Been to the restaurant several times however on this occassion it was my first visit to Manjaros Express. The parmos, as expected, were incredible, the rate in which they were ready was unbeatable, within 15 minutes of ordering!
