Great welcome, prompt service and drinks straight to the table. Traditional Indian music adds to a really nice atmosphere. Ordered 4 poppadoms, came quickly and poppadoms and dips were very good. Starters.. Lamb chops were the best I've ever had!...and I've had a lot. Chana Chat flavours were incredible. Awaiting mains... South Indian Garlic and Chilli - This was incredible, I'm honestly am lost for words. Got to be one of the best curries I've ever had, all the flavours and spices are so cooked in, it tastes like the spices have been cooking on low for 3 days! Lamb so tender, it's a solid 10. Beguna Ghost - Recommended by the owner this again was incredible. The flavours just scream out. One of the top 5 curries I've ever had... Have been meaning to try this place for a few weeks, finally got to tonight. First point of contact was an easy WhatsApp booking with a swift confirmation response. Walking in the staff were friendly and helpful, but not overly convivial & familiar like servers in some restaurants can be. The dining space is comfortable and very clean, the temperature was perfect, regulated by air con. The wait for food seemed just right with enough time to finish the poppadoms and condiments. The food itself is wonderful, very moreish. What pleased me most is the considered options for plant-based customers, a refreshing change to the usual struggle of finding somewhere decent that cares to vegans in this region...I really enjoyed my pb masala and had a big enough portion to take the remainder home. Another visit and another excellent meal for our group of 4 people on a Saturday evening. The restaurant was busy with dine in and take away customers but there were plenty of staff and the service was very good.

We all had starters and main dishes with shared rice between 2 and shared naan bread between 2 which was plenty of food for us.

We can highly recommend the South Indian Garlic and Chilli Chicken dish and the Murgh Pathia which were both excellent. The Garlic naan breads were a good size and moist with plenty of flavour.
