Subway — Restaurant in Scotland

Never again. Food good - service horrendous. Too busy talking to a friend in the queue to ask what I wanted on my sandwich. Asked for 2 caramel lattes and a normal latte. 1 drink came half way through our food. Asked is that a caramel one told no normal. 2 more came - are these the caramel - no we don’t sell caramel - but that is what I asked for - well we don’t sell it. 1st coffee that came was awful. Looked totally different to the other coffees. Took it back and said this is not a latte or the same - sorry we don’t sell latte - it’s all the same - will be giving this a wide berth next time. We went to subway today in grenta there was me and my husband and 4 children standing in the que for 10 minutes we went into the shop to be shouted by a very rude employee and told to stand back at the post outside we couldn't as there was alot of people standing behind use so we moved back out side the door and again this very rude employee shouted again at use in front of my children we didn't go into the shop in the end we left I hope who ever she was learns some manners because we will not be going back...

Really disappointed by our visit today. Very bad service, the staff simply wanted to go home and we were in the way. No customer service, staff were just annoyed by our presence. It was 15mins before closing and all the salad etc had been put away leaving you to guess what to have and a reduced menu as hot options had been put away for the next day. Everything was an effort. Wanted to leave but had very limited choice of places to eat while travelling. Food ok but not...
