Disappointing first visit. I'm very unlikely to visit again. I'd had an email to remind me to use up the loyalty points I'd accrued during my extensive travels this year, so I thought I may as well try using some and forego my Subway. I eventually managed to get the app to work to give me the code to access my rewards and ordered 9 Chilli cheese bites and large fries without a bag to eat in. I missed my order number on the screen but had asked for a receipt that the machine did not produce. It was a crowded wait with lots of discord as some reported waiting over 20 minutes. I did mind this as it was the tail end of a Saturday lunchtime, and at least my food should be cooked fresh. All the tables were dirty so I chose a seat I could brush down. My order was called by number and food, so at least I could recognise it as mine. I was back at my seat with my bag of food to be disappointed with what I didn't consider to be large fries and 7 chilli cheese bites. I returned to the counter when I managed to get the attention of a member of staff by calling them over. They confirmed the label on my bag and said 9 Chilli cheese bites, so I requested the other two and waited. These were added to the open bag and dumped on the pile of food ready to be added to people's orders, whilst I just stood there looking at them from a distance. I was able to catch the attention of another staff member and ask if I could have them before my fries went cold. The response was quite rude and totally unnecessary. As they were gathered and thrust at me, they said, "If that was the case, I'd have given you new fries!" That may well be the case and potential if I'd have just waited for all the other meals to have been served the Chilli bites would have been cold too, what a wasteful way to run a business. I did not get any sense of caring about the business or the customer. In fact, I felt like a necessary inconvenience. I'm not very familiar with Burger Kings as I've not used them for years and would not have done if it were not for the travelling this year. I'm disappointed enough with my experience to just not bother using this chain...

Went in today to order food at the till, to be met with a middle aged woman with light hair asking initially with such a patronising tone, accentuating all the 'T's; "are you waiting for an order or to pay" to which i replied "pay". I thought, this one seems to have a strange attitude and thought instantly she was going to be problematic.
She comes back and asks what I want, with a sneering face, and I asked for a dorito meal, I never use burger king and don't know the menu. She proceeded to bark at me with such hostility "beef or chicken" to which I replied chicken. She repeated it again "BEEF OR CHICKEN" i again replied chicken and what do you mean?
She was a cheeky, rude, and patronising. And started laughing at me, so I walked out. I have no idea why she treated me the way she did, and she should be sacked. I'm no the one working in burger king, so not sure why you felt the need to be so rude, with a false air of superiority about yourself. I feel sorry for the young folk working in there if that's how you talk...

Burger King should be a welcome new food place at Caledonia Park but we’ve left severely disappointed for our first visit…
My partner needed a snack and a drink so we used the self serve machines to order a portion of fries and a Coke Zero.
22 minutes later we finally got our order, I understand that the orders might well be processed in order, if that’s the case then more staff are needed or small orders should be prioritised to get them out faster.
Yes, the place was busy but for a chain as large as Burger King, they should be able to handle continuous orders - god knows how they function during peak hours.
There was also overflowing bins, rubbish on the floor and empty tables with food left on them.
I don’t think I’ll come back here until some major improvements...
