Made the mistake of going here for a quick bite early this morning. The brain dead idiot taking the order. In the drive through. Couldn't even get the order right. Had to correct him when i came to pay. He still couldn't enter the order correctly into the till. Waited ages at the dispensing window. Because Mr cocky, arrogant, ignorant. I dont give a toss about the customers. Which he actually told me later. Was more concerned at looking at his phone. Eventually was given my coffee. Your coffee MATE. He's your GRUB MATE. Anything else MATE. Thought to myself. If this arrogant sod calls me MATE once more. He's gonna get an earful. Drove to the car park open bag. And surprise surprise the order is wrong. NO surprise then with brain dead, trying to take the order. Go into the store to get it corrected. To cut a long story short. Im then told by the cocky sod that it's all my fault. Having explained to him exactly how i ordered my meal and have been doing it that way. Since getting ripped off. In a macdonalds. It was still all my fault. This goes on for some time. And i ask for a refund. Reply.when im ready MATE. In the space of about 5 mins. This arrogant sod has wound me up so much with his attitude. That he gets an earful. Both barrels turbo charged. And he still stands there and says it's all my fault. When i pointed out to him that he must've forgotten that i was actually a paying customer who more or less puts money in his pocket. His reply " don't give a toss mate. It goes in the business account. Not my pocket. I left at this point.before i did something that i would not regret later believe you me. I would've taken great delight in doing it. As i walked out the. Comment from employee of the year. And don't effing well come back. Well i can assure you of one thing. you cocky arrogant sod. There is absolutely no danger of that happening or any other macdonalds for that matter. You can shove your macdonalds you know where. The problem with this place is that it's a franchise and not run directly by macdonalds themselves. Perhaps macdonalds ought to read one or two of the reveiws. And then they might just realise how these inept members of staff. Are creating such a bad name for macdonalds. Personally myself. That's it, i've had it with all macdonalds. And their cocky jumped up little hitlers.

Called the restaurant who said still on way, 30mins later still not arrived, called restaurant again, advice to call Uber eats. Called Uber, on hold for 20mins they never answered. Called back McDs, no answer this time. Checked my credit card details - money taken by McDs so you need to own it in my opinion, your delivery partners are not my problem (unless I order from them direct). Try Uber again in the morning, on hold for 15mins before I give up, try Uber eats app to avoid staying on hold, near instant response to my written message but they say there is a specialised dept dealing with McDs and only way to contact them is to call, they can’t/won’t forward my message requesting a refund to the UE McDs department. McDs again say they cannot make the refund even though they took my money (not Uber). Call UE 2 days after and finally get through, they say technical issue their end so cannot refund my money, I need to call back when their technical issue is fixed. I say that is not acceptable why can’t they just refund when their systems back online? They say I have to call back no option for them set a reminder and refund when their systems are back online. V v annoying! UPDATE: 16th June (2 weeks on) called Uber again, technical issue still not reolved so still can't refund my money, 'pls call back again in 72hrs'?! 2nd UPDATE. 6th July. Call UE, Yes technical issue resolved now sir about 15 days ago but we stopped issuing refunds around 23rd-25th June and as you last called in 20days ago we can't provide a refund..... A big shoutout to Vicky Kayleigh and Lucia. Your teamwork is excellent. My job is to review businesses and praise those who go unnoticed in this field of fast food catering.
Without naming names there are 2 women individuals who do not belong in there at all. Head office need to come in a do a visual check on customer service and look to speaking with drivers and waiting customers.
Todays review has come unexpectedly as i have noticed how well i felt when i was talked to politely due to there tablets failing to print and orders not being printed or put through to the kitchen, the teamwork and communication was on point, i also updated the customer on the current situation.
Lucia managed the drivethrough after communicating with me about how she will rectify the issue, Alex stepped in management style and asked me if i had been given my order and not being able to find it he searched the kitchen and the tablet and manually put the order through the system telling the kitchen staff "lets focus on this order please"!!
