Absaloute shambles of a mcdonalds can't even organise a drive through! people get there food at the window to be stuck in a line to leave the drive through, then the senseless staff can't even tell the people waiting for there food to take a space so results in paying for my food then waiting 15 minutes to get out the drive through (food was cold) blasted my horn because my kids are all sitting in the van for 10 mins waiting to have a manager come out and tell me to "stop they've no where to go" when actually if she engaged her brain she would have realised there was loads of spaces in the car park she could have pointed these customers too instead 5 cars waiting to get in 2 yellow food wait spaces while about 10 cars with there food where left blocked in behind them in the drive through with no way to get out and told to stop beeping then given the finger by the manager on her way back in and another 60 year old lady with black hair telling me she's going to phone the police cos I'm beeping when they can't even organise a drive through properly leaving people stuck with cold food they've paid for. Been here many a times and loads of times iv parked in the car park when the waiting spaces are busy I literally pointed and explained there's a space there tell them to move in there so we can all get past to be told they can't park in the other spaces and wait for food funny because iv been told that at the same mcdonalds plenty of times just find a space we will bring it out . Ronald's no the only clown at this mcdonalds they've got a full team of clowns!!! Would give yous 0 stars if a could won't...

McDonald's ? Hmmm I've had good and bad experiences here at different locations. The worst I had was when I got a burger and the sauce mustard and fillings were basically not existent it looked like it was put on then scrapped back off, this was quite a few times at different restaurants, the one time when I took it back and complained they basically slapped it on and sauce mustard and fillings everywhere which was a joke. There not good at taking complaints. Also you really need to watch for some McDonald's as there sending fines through your door if you park for any longer than 90 mins, so waiting for friends or having meetings or even a long lunch is out the question unless you want to pay 50 quid. I was 94 mins and got a fine as I never seen signs or knew this was in place. I think this is absolutely diabolical they can treat customers like this. But that's only in certain areas...

Mediocre McDonald’s franchise, very inconsistent. I’ve had excellent crispy nuggets from here and I’ve had soggy and cold nuggets. I’ve had great tasting burgers and I’ve had thrown together soggy cold messes. Most recently we ordered for delivery, including happy meals for kids, which the staff had thrown in bags with the happy meal boxes flat packed and they were missing the hamburgers! Couldn’t phone as they just answered and left the phone on the side until it was off the hook. Support through the app was also not helpful, blaming Deliveroo even though McDonald’s staff compile the order and seal the bags.
