Very rude manager in store today! Forgot food which can happen, so my partner went up asked for chicken nuggets he was told to wait whilst she continued to serve others, he ordered a chicken nugget meal with a cheese burger, my partner come back to the table to get his chips and burger as it was going cold having to wait to long. The manager was extremely rude, argumentative and swore! She argued that she delivered the chicken nuggets, then told my partner he can eat the burger and chips and she will refund the chicken nuggets, but a chicken nuggets meal was ordered. The chips had gone cold so he explained thst his food was cold now so he wanted either a full meal replacement or a full refund, manager refused and only offered chicken nuggets or money back. I explained to her myself you don't order a meal to get half of it or eat half of it cold. Another manger tried to step in but was told no but the rude manager! She is clearly very new in her role, cannot work under the pressure and fast pace of McDonald's! Her customer services skills are absolutely shocking! She didn't want to listen to what anyone had to say or to even try and resolve the situation for a customer to be happy! I suggested a full meal replacement so he can eat warm food, she finally agreed and brought the food when it was ready, she come over with attitude, no apology for missing food before so my partner refused the food and asked who he can contact to speak to as her attitude infront my children wasn't pleasant at all!
Massive praise to the other manger LI who tried stepping it but was told no, come over after to speak, the most polite lady, very experienced in her role and able to help us to who we need to contact. She should definitely be the first person for people to speak to as...
Read moreWell firstly, I drove into drive through with no other cars queuing at around 8.15pm tonight. I sat and waited nothing, then another car drove into the other lane and I could hear them being served! I then got asked what I wanted. Apart from not being heard properly at which I repeated every order twice I drove through. When I complained about the other car being served before me, the response was that lane was playing up and the manager had been told! I then drove to the next window to get my food. I explained there was an issue, to be told of yes it's playing up and sorry about that but also the person with the headphones was also serving someone on the till. I was asked to drive up to the 3rd window to wait for my order as it wasn't ready. I didn't wait too long but as I was handed my food in the 5p bag I paid for, she said oh it's ripped, is that OK?! I said no, so she went off to get another one whilst my food was left on the side in the cold air! She came back with a smaller bag...I said immediately that's too small...she laughed and said oh yes and wandered off with my food, saying to a colleague she couldn't get it in the bag. when she came back I checked my order and 1 large fries was missing. I told her and she came back to tell me I hadn't paid for it....oh I had repeated my order twice! Can I have a large fries....how much are fries, she asked a colleague. ..then took my bag again and reappeared with my order....not a good experience considering its supposed to be fast food...
Read moreAppalling attitude by the initial server. I ordered instore online and slipped very quickly to the toilet. When I returned, my food was already left on the counter. There were no other customers at the counter, and 3 in seats. I tested the chips(as sadly this a common lazy error) that were hardly warm and were not freshly cooked. 😕 I asked her to change them, to which she pulled a face and cheekily said I have been calling you. At which she ridiculously put her hands on them to test how cold they were. What is the point as if she disagreed? I would be eating them after she touched them. She then brought more fries off the shelf(Not fresh and no better) and walked off with a miserable face. I asked another young lad to replace these with fresh ones. His attitude was excellent and apologised and brought fresh cooked chips over and one again checked I was happy. We don't know what is going on in other people's lives and had the young man not recovered the situation a letter of complaint would have followed. This young girl does not appreciate her boss has spent probably nearly £400k getting the branch open and will not be having it so easy...
