McDonald's — Restaurant in Great Britain

Quite possibly the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Chips always cold and barely reheated. Never any flavour in the milkshake, asked for a strawberry milkshake and it came out looking like the ghost of Milkshakes past, whiter than Michael Jackson dipped in bleach, white and flavourless to boot. Asked for chicken burger, no lettuce add cheese, came with lettuce and no cheese, not the first time. Also the portions, you'd think potatoes were starting to become extinct with the measly portions they give out, especially in happy meals. I can't feed my kids on 4 rock solid reheated nuggets and the smallest portion of fries known to man. Don't know why I keep coming here, it's worth the petrol to drive to one further away just for the sake of having warmer food that actually comes out the way you order it. Also got asked to park up round the side on a night they were barely busy, still got the order wrong. Quality control...

Been here a few times and it seems completely beyond the staff to look at your order and ACTUALLY put those items in the bag, they have missed items every single time. This means you actually have to go back In to the restaurant, which half the time usually means witnessing some kind of argument or fight between customers, and often between staff and customers. I once seen a manager throwing out a just eat driver and telling him he would never get a delivery there again for going up to the counter and enquiring about his delivery order, felt so sorry for the poor guy, he had literally no idea what he had done wrong (and me either), although judging from what you can hear staff talking about at the "staff area" I suspect the whole thing had an element of race to it.

Just avoid this place and make the effort to go to any other...

If I could give this place zero stars I would! It's honestly the worst place ever for deliveries. Please don't waste your time. Cold, wrong orders, items missing, manager rude and ignorant. Every single order, not just once. The staff definitely untrained. Please save yourself the hassle and read the just eat reviews before parting with your cash to this lot. Bunch of jokers. Delivery driver brought the wrong order, £50 order, I drove back up only for the totally ignorant excuse of a manager telling me he wouldn't swap it and it would take 3 days for a refund. My kids went without. A total cesspit of a store. The staff couldn't give a toss about customers. Worst McDonalds I've ever stepped foot in and how the company haven't sorted this place out is beyond me. Sort it out. Stealing a wage...
