NEVER AGAIN AT SIXFIELDS

Walked in through the unadvertised back door. To be told the store was closed by a callow youth lol. Huge slow moving drive in queues, people at the collection points outside and of course the delivery servers coming in as normal.  Some folk still finishing up. The order screens were hastily turned off as I walked round the building. He told me the drive thru was open as he stood 10 metres from its order point. I asked him if hed seen the queue

Saturday night 22.40 hardly late

I asked him how I would know it was shut he said its on the door . It isn't no mention of when it closes to customers wishing to dine and or order in

Luke warm food always or breakfast often charred too

Ordered on app before now to find closed for training or whatever when not closed app or updated opening hours. Random closure of 1 drive in lane, surly staff on occasion etc. Etc.

Been going since it opened maybe the owner of this franchise got fat on the money.

A disgrace to the brand. Went to KFC better food, hot, served quickly. Other, better, McDonalds...

Far too small a restaurant considering the business it gets; seating is at a bare minimum and the car park is tiny and cramped. The refurb has made things worse in my opinion as the automated ordering points/ticket system just cause absolute chaos with people stood around everywhere waiting for their food. It doesn’t even come out in order, with people getting upset when they see someone getting their food that ordered way after them!

The drive-thru isn’t much better, being a laughable mess during peak periods as the run up is that small, you end up with cars queuing on the surrounding roads to get in.

Obviously the food is standard McDonald’s fare so decent enough, but unless you’re coming here outside of weekends and school holidays, I...

Very disappointed I don't normally eat McDonald but I won't be back ordered a chicken wrap meal one medium and one large got to the window to see they gave me to small drinks which I questioned it she said I'll sort go to the last window I saw on the side a large frappuccino which was twice the size as ours then the lad brought out our drinks I said thank you then realized it was the same drinks so I went back to complain and the girl said that is a large I said no it's not to she then got a even smaller cup out to show me but if you look at my photos they basically put my drink in a bigger cup as it was not full up if I hadn't said anything no one would if know how many other people have they done this to ,how can they have so many different...
