Used this McDonald's for click and serve. When I arrived, my child was asleep so I ordered lunch for myself. 1st order came quickly, staff were friendly and found my car fast. Child was still asleep so I ordered a McFlurry. 2nd order came quickly, staff had no issues finding my car (which was still in the same spot). Child then woke so I ordered his lunch. During our wait, I'd seen a staff member with what looked like our order wandering up and down the carpark looking at the numbers painted in the spaces. I sounded my horn and waved to indicate I thought she was looking for me but it went unnoticed. I then tried to phone the store using the number provided on the McDonald's app... Which went straight to voicemail every time. When I eventually flagged down the staff member who'd been wandering about (after waiting 20 minutes since ordering my child's food) I was met with a list of excuses as to why she wasn't able to find my car and how she didn't know where all the spaces are. Her attitude was quite poor and there was no sincere apology offered, only a bad excuse on how she doesn't know how to do an integral part of her job. Read moreHave been to this mcdonald’s a few times and there is always something wrong with the order, I have never complained as these things sometimes happen. Today however I ordered red hot mcspicy and they managed to get that wrong even though I asked the staff member if it came with cheese and they confirmed and still gave us a plain mcspicy.
That in itself is not that bad I get it, but as this has happened several times I called the mobile number on there website and SCOTT THE BUSINESS MANAGER answered. This is where it gets Mcspicy. The conversation started off normal and quickly changed to Scott becoming offended and defensive. We were happy to come down and get the correct order but Scott was asking for receipts as his “neighbours” said they had experienced the same problem and wanted to get to the route of it. This isn’t something that is our issue, all we wanted was the correct order and at least an apology. Scott doesn’t take criticism well and kept saying mistakes happen. This isn’t something a customer wants/needs to hear.

The nice lady took the order via the drive through, that’s were it ends! drove to the car park , noticed they hadn’t gave us our cok, no receipt in bag , went through the drive way again to speak to the women that had served me and took my order, just got home and realised they havnt gave us our three McFlurrys , two smarties one Oreo No number to ring, a bunch of them just too busy talking and catching up that they can’t concentrate on doing there job properly!
