Morrisons Cafe — Restaurant in Great Britain

The best thing here was the girl that served us. Very happy to serve us and upbeat. Unfortunately the food was mediocre. The cafe was empty we were the only customers at 8.30am but it still took an age for the food to come out and it was look warm. They had also run out of black pudding which is the best bit of the meal. Running out of something in a supermarket??????? My poached egg was rock hard and cold. Would have preferred toast in stead of incredibly greasy fried bread. For £6.95 I would expect toast or tea included but it wasn’t. So would have ended up over £10. Just got the tea....

Really horrific experience today at Morrisons cafe, dirty tables, dirty cutlery, I ordered 10 minutes after my friend and received my food first and she didn’t receive her food at all. Got tired of waiting so asked for a refund, for some reason we couldn’t have a bank refund but they could give us pennies?? Servers also were no help at all, asked 3 times if the food was coming and if she could check and she went into the kitchen and didn’t return. Awful crunchy, overcooked food. Made me feel sick. Overall bad place...

Understaffed as usual, tables covered in used dishes. Everybody should take a leaf out of Alice's book ( last Thursday ) because you had to complete a track and trace form or prove they had scanned in before being served Her attitude was brilliant because we witnessed people being served today and no questions being asked.
