This is the second time I have ordered and there won’t be a third. The first time a part of my order was missing and I should have been refunded but never was and the rice was a like a golden vegetable rice? Second time it was fried rice and although there was egg through the rice, big lumps of it were congealed, yeurgh! But it’s how stingy they are with the sauce, or lack of, I gagged on the rice it felt so dry with so little sauce. Seriously disappointed. Ordered the pumpkin Katsu curry with rice and spring rolls. I received… breaded chicken. No rice, no sauce and no spring rolls. I’m a vegetarian, so I ordered the pumpkin Katsu for a reason. I’ve gone through Deliveroo for a refund, but that won’t be processed for 10 days. The Deliveroo driver was also incredibly rude when I questioned the order. He said he “asked twice” if the order was correct, but I don’t understand why he’d leave the restaurant if he knew the order was missing over half the items. For this restaurant it’s located in a the food court of the designer outlet. They have a range of oriental foods with options of rice noodles and the toppings of chicken in different flavours from Chinese curry, Katsu, salt and pepper and sweet and sour.
