We had to wait 25 minutes to even be seated, all while there were multiple empty tables. Upon initial arrival my family noticed a dirty table within the corner which was not cleaned until an hour later when we brought it to their attention. Around the restaurant multiple tables were dirty and remained dirty for 15 minutes minimum. We waited over an hour for our food, people who were seated after us and ordered after us were served first. Food was sat ready to be eaten under the lamp for ages at a time. Servers and the manager repeatedly could be seen standing and staring at the food, the manager even picked up plates, walked around with them, then placed them back under the lamp. Multiple plates were picked up and placed back down. All while the restaurant remained dirty and unserved, there was at least two floor staff prioritising the deliveries, this remained throughout our experience. After finally receiving the food, I later discover my chicken is raw, when I call the manager over and explain the situation he states the chicken is just ‘bruised’ all while the trained person whom I was eating with claimed it was raw and the manager was simply saying his Level 3 knowledge is incorrect, even though only a few weeks before people have had food poisoning after eating at this restaurant. The experience was not just ours, multiple people out of the 35 customers that were there complained about the same issues showing it was a generally bad experience for most. This is a joke and needs to be addressed.Sadly the pictures only show a small amount of the...
Read moreFive-Star Review for Beth Taylor at Nando's Sixfields
I cannot express enough gratitude for the outstanding service Beth Taylor provided during our visit to Nando’s. Eating out can often be a challenge for my son, who has ASD and severe learning difficulties, but Beth’s kindness, patience, and understanding made the experience truly incredible.
From the moment we arrived, Beth made us feel heard and welcomed, ensuring my son’s needs were met with genuine care. Her nurturing approach created a safe and inclusive environment where he felt comfortable enough to engage in ordering his own food—something that is usually a struggle. Because of Beth, Nando’s has become one of his favourite places to eat!
Beth’s ability to recognise his hidden disability and accommodate his needs with ease and compassion was nothing short of amazing. She made him feel included, respected, and valued, which means the world to us.
I wholeheartedly give Beth a massive five-star review and would highly recommend anyone—whether neurotypical or neurodiverse—to visit Nando’s Sixfields and experience her exceptional service. She is a wonderful, friendly face, dedicated to delivering outstanding customer care.
Thank you, Beth, from the bottom of our hearts—you are truly amazing!

Read moreOur first visit to the new Sixfields restaurant and sadly, we'll not be going back. It started OK, with a smiley reception and we were shown to a seat quickly. My wife then went up to order food and that's where the issues began. The person on the till didn't great us, just straight in with a "any allergies?' question. She was then quite rude and abrupt as she couldn't keep up with my wife ordering one dish at a time. She also gave us warm glasses for the fountain drinks. Fast forward to the food arriving and cheese was missing from two kids meals. We pointed this out, the meals were taken away and brought back with cold slices of cheese slapped on the top of each. We very politely asked for the chess to be melted and when it was bright back, nicely melted the server proceeded to advise us to be clearer when we order next time. Erm..... One of the meals came out with an incorrect side and no sauce that was ordered and paid for.
So a number of little issues that may not seem like much but, when you're paying good money for a meal, I think the least that can be expected is that you get talked to like a valued customer and you get what you ordered.
The food was good however and the way the restaurant had been designed...
