Nok Thai Cuisine — Restaurant in Great Britain

I have waited 7 months before writing this review so I am totally clear it's the right thing to do about writing the review I am about to write....

I have spent a lot of money here over last year but for some reason towards the end before I stopped going, I was being charged random amounts for the same meal I always had from there. Sometimes over 4 pounds extra each time. Then I was getting the food stone cold for quite a number of visits and I always say in life "once is a mistake twice is a habit" and it got to like 6 times I was given stone cold food. I watched the last couple of times from the car and she purposely left my food out on the shelf in the cold when everyone else's was put on top of the rice cooker to keep warm, which mine always was until the last few visits.... and I overheard her say something to her daughter that was working with her and that was literally the final straw. I would never in my life go back there spending my hard earned money. Totally disappointed and confused as to why...

I even sent my friend for the same meal and he got it charged correctly each time and was served warm like I did previously.

She has a good business there yet she is doing things like that to her customers that are spending a lot of money in her business and for that reason it will collapse at some point in time and I will be waiting and watching.

I say all the time, it takes years to build a business and you can kill it in a week. With the behaviour I have experienced and how I have been treated, I am waiting to see that business collapse, which it will.... I just have to be patient.

One thing I know is, her boyfriend has something to do with all this and I have no idea why, I honestly don't. But you say in life, " it all comes out in the wash" and when I find out I will be going absolutely berserk with her and Ian. Particularly Ian.

Crazy stuff this. Give the place a miss for that reason. There is another noks Thai cuisine on long lane that is absolutely...

Cheap ingredients, poorly cooked. No authenticity what so ever. Just typical cheap takeaway coated in MSG.

The hoisin shredded crispy beef was neither shredded, nor crispy; Soggy and bathing in salt.

Chicken satay sauce was literally like water, boiled strips of cheap chicken in a cup a soup style sauce. And tasted absolutely nothing like satay.

Also ordered the special rice, again just cheap trash. Pence shy of a tenner aswell, honestly a joke.

The delivery woman was on the phone to someone when it arrived, didn’t even look at me, I might aswell not have even been there..

Never ordering from here again, how this place has had any positive reviews...

Amazing authentic food freshly prepared and cooked whilst you wait. The owner /chef was really helpful regarding Gluten allergy and clearly knows food safety which was really positive and assuring. The food was cooked and ready in approx 10 minutes and you can pay by cash, contactless or bank transfer. The quality of food was excellent and tasted absolutely amazing! So good we went back the next day. Amazing food at a brilliant price! Definitely...
