Spicy Delight — Restaurant in England

I usually enjoy Spicy Delight even with their sometimes late delivery times but tonight they have lost a customer. We ordered some food like we often do from them, However, the delivery driver dropped the milkshake when passing it to me. I wasn't worried as he assured me that I can call the store and get another one delivered... I HAVE NEVER RECIEVED SUCH DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They yelled down the phone at me demanding that I pay for a new one. I would understand if I dropped it myself inside my home but the sort of behaviour I recieved was not acceptable.

Order from here quite regular, well used to now. Tonight as well as the last time I ordered from here has been a joke, the food had been cold both times and tonight after ordering they sent cold food, I ordered a garlic bread with cheese and pepperoni..
