Pepe's — Restaurant in Great Britain

This has got to be the worst Pepes in the uk to have a frequent problem with the order going missing with just eat drivers to be told contact just eat who have failed to respond to me after 13 hours of the complaint £36.65 down the drain also I refuse to believe the lies being fed by this restaurant that claim they made the meal but the driver is at fault …. Really is that why at 00:29 it was still saying preparing your order courier at restaurant when you close at 11pm very fly move 👏🏾 I ordered before 10:30 you must need the money more than the customer to scam them out of there money £8.29 for 5 wings that you don’t even get terrible. I would strongly recommend you Dont order from here as the supervisor stated over the phone that missing orders happens quite a lot with there just eat drivers. I wish it was the case of a dodgy meal or pink chicken like I’m seeing with this places reviews that I seen after ordering but unfortunately the order had never left the shop and more than likely...

PINK CHICKEN!! Ordered from just eat earlier today and the delivery never arrived so I phoned back the restaurant and was hung up on twice. Finally managed to speak with a manager who explained that I would need to resolve the issue with just eat as he wouldn’t reimburse us for our food or payment. Was reluctant (and stupid) to order again this time I drove down to pepes in Cambuslang, as usual was ridiculously expensive £33 for 28 wings and 2 peri peri chips. Went home thinking I was finally going to get the meal I was looking forward to all day and then ended up with pink chicken (as seen in photos attached), couldn’t finish the rest in case we ended up ill. Very disappointed and have heard from others that they too have had pink chicken from this Cambuslang restaurant before. I would be very cautious if ever to order as uncooked chicken is not something you want...

I go to pepes very very often - other branches - and never have I had such a bad experience as the one I had here. Was excited to try their food as they’re the newest in Glasgow to open and was disappointed to say the least. The food was cold, their portion sizes were small hardly any chicken in their burritos and they didn’t even give basic utensils/wipes which you’d usually get at the other branches. When asked if we could get the can instead of the cup drink they refused because apparently it was only for deliveries!! Never been told that before. So if you’re ordering for a few people to collect and you’re taking it back to eat, not really ideal holding a cup drink while driving. Absolute joke of a store and you would have thought they’d make more of an effort because they’ve recently opened. Will never...
