Order from you a lot but lately the keebab has been warmed up gripping in dirty black bits of grease and all over the pitta bread chips are nice but that’s about it and when you call to complain the man in charge is rude won’t resolve the situation just gives you a bad attitude I ordered and Called got attitude normally it’s nice but was vile again and called and got the same attitude. It’s really gone down hill since it’s been taken over and no customer service at all when your spending money in these times atleast you think they would want to keep custom and fix it not give no care. Good luck I’m sure by looking at alot of reviews people are saying the same so hopefully things will change before you loose even more...

Disgusting service. Called to make a complaint and was argued with, told I was wrong and that my food was fine.. food was not fine, the chips were stale and there was no salt and vinegar. they now refuse to deliver to us because they are rude and cannot take that the food was poor quality. Huge disappointment from what Is usually a good takeaway. Do not use as apparently your unable to let them know when the food is below par. We have used them for 18 months quite alot and have never had problems until the last 2 weeks. Just ordered 2 pizzas. The guy made and cooked the first one and put it in the box then made the 2nd which took a further 20mins. When I mentioned this he gave me a smug grin and said he'd make them again, which considering I'd waited nearly 40mins wasn't an option. Meanwhile the guy at the till returned from Tesco, handling coins and returned to collecting food without washing his hands. When I pointed this out he just frowned and grunted at me.
