What A TERRIBLE SERVICE.... Ordered 2 large masala fish for collection.when collected ask for the bill, and they overcharged the price of the fish.. went back to the counter already a lady was complaining there for been over charge.ask them why you chaged £17 for fish if its £15 only in your takeaway menu..guy said on the counter its not my fault price changed... if you have any problem talk to the owner... he called owner of the restaurant... When I explained him everything, he was trying to tell me different stories, i went to fish market today.. i got fish expensive today... thats y we are charging more from the customer which is ridiculous,.... If you want to charge extra money from Customer should tell the customer when taking the orders... Soo rude behaviour from the staff... especially the owner.... SPECIALLY... he said dont buy fish next time this will be happen again becauae we keep change prices of the fish.. what kind of resturant is it??? Where they change price everyday.... and charge whatever they want to charge... not a recommended place to go..... if you go sometime definitely ask for your reciept and...

List if things that went wrong at Red Pepper yesterday on my birthday 20th September 2019: 1, Wife almost slipped on oil on the way to our table. 2, their oder tablet wasn't working. 3, starters never came despite me reminding them 4, food came after over half an hour (they are always slow) 5, all the kids burgers and my steak were cold. 6, no grilled Onions or peppers with my steak, instead I got rocket and Pickle. 7, my son found a hair in his plate 😦 8, some of the steak was undercooked. 9, their card payment machine wasn't working. 10, stood in a queue for 15 minutes to pay because they staff had messed up 2 take away orders. I never lost my cool even though it was a disaster. We're never going back and recommend you...
