Great food, service not so much. The philly cheese steaks and the loaded fries are awesome. Very big portions and loaded af. Defo coming back. Wee update. I liked so much that I ordered another yesterday lunch. The website said that they open at noon and I ordered from there for delivery. After waiting for some time I realised that the opening times on Google was different from the website and they were not open yet. I called quite a few times and left a voicemail to sort it out which was never called back even after the restaurant opened. I also sent an email which was never replied and at night I was told to send the info on WhatsApp so they would deal with it. I sent the message which wasn't acknowledged until today, then I called again and was basically dismissed as there was info missing (which I wouldn't know if I didn't call again) and they had other things to do. I know that things might not be fast but as someone who works in Costumer service myself, the very least would be aknowledge the issue and apologise which hasn't been done. I recently visited this charming cafe FROMAJIO and had an excellent experience. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, with a warm and friendly staff that makes you feel right at home. I have to admit, I didnt have high hopes but the Philly cheesesteak was absolutely incredible. It's actually pretty difficult to get an authentic style philly cheesesteak but these guys have executed everything perfectly. Fresh ingredients and the steak was perfectly cooked (no dry/overcooked chewieness here). Balance of bread/cheese/meat was perfect. I went for the classic beef and will definitely be back. The staff were polite, efficient and clearly passionate about providing a high quality experience. Lots of dine-in space upstairs. I just wish it was closer but it's definitely...
