FOOD WAS OF POOR STANDARD, DELIVERY WAS REALLY QUICK HOWEVER THE FOOD WAS COLD (APART FROM THE GINGER & SPRING ONION PORK), MISSED OUT THE POPPADUMS FROM THE ORDER & CHARGED US TWICE FOR THE ONE CURRY SAUCE WE ORDERED, WHEN WE PHONED UP TO QUERY THIS THE WOMAN ON THE PHONE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND WOULDN'T ACCEPT THE FACT THE FOOD WAS COLD OR THAT SHE MISSED ANYTHING OUT, DIDN'T GIVE US A FULL REIMBURSEMENT HOWEVER THE DELIVERY DRIVER WAS EXTREMELY UNDERSTANDING, FEEL SORRY FOR THE DELIVERY DRIVER HAVING TO PUT UP WITH SUCH PRUDE BEHAVIOUR FROM HIS OWN STAFF AS WELL AS THEIR MISTAKES. Terrible customer service. Food arrived minus a portion, rang shop kept hanging on for 10 mins (delivered food now going cold), eventually the manager said that she would deliver the missing portion and reimburse for the inconvenience. Food arrived 15 mins later but not the reimbursement. Rang to speak to the manager, she wouldn't come to the phone but relayed that as we had the food (25 mins later) she would not reimburse me. This is our 1st order from the Silver Palace and it was very very nice. We had meat lettuce wraps, satay chicken skewers (Yum), egg fried rice, sweet & sour chicken balls, Chips & poppadoms. We were given prawn crackers. It fed 3 of us very easily. Now i'm very fussy with my food but what we had tonight was superb, I'd highly recommend the Silver Palace as we were too.
