This is my closest subway so Iâve been a lot but there have consistently been issues and I donât feel like I can go back. Subway is great for having a menu that caters for dietary requirements. I order a gluten free, vegan sandwich every time. Consistently I am given the wrong cheese (dairy), the wrong sauce (egg) or thereâs no gluten free bread.
We just ordered a foot long TLC (vegetarian) and two 6 inch gluten free vegan TLCs (you canât order a foot long gluten free on the app). Ordered 35 minutes in advance. Arrived and the sandwiches werenât made and there was only one 6 inch bread left. 25 minutes later, my boyfriend got back to the car and we realised the gluten free vegan sandwich had dairy cheese and southwest sauce (egg) on it so he went back in and was refunded. Got home and saw that the foot long sandwich (on Italian herbs and cheese) which was ordered with dairy cheese and southwest sauce has vegan cheese and the wrong sauce. Every single aspect of the order is wrong. We looked back at our orders and almost every other order had issues. Such a shame and to wait almost half an hour for the pleasure when the staff said theyâd been quiet is just so disappointing. Staff are always friendly but itâs too unrealisable for go back.

Other half went in to buy a childrens box as my 4 year old who does not eat bread asked for a salad box instead, to be told no, once the girl has asked a member of management, she then asked for the contents that would be in the sandwich if she could have in the box, girl then asked manager or supervisor if that was ok, she said ok there were no kids activity box with meal available only crayons . My other half also came out to car with cookeis. Cant have a cookie without a latte, so in I went to get a latte. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes while girls on counter just ignored me 3 members of staff on today behind counter. They were to busy with just Eat or Deliveroo collections ( plenty of delivery drivers chilling on the couches waiting) to bother with actual store customers check your cctv im standing there with bank card in my hand.    Read moreOrdered online, whilst stood in a queue outside of the shop, order confirmed, however wasnât able to collect for another hour & half...once I arrived at the front of the queue, I explained that I had ordered online & the extremely help server (NOT) told me I would have to come back when the online order informed me to, an hour & half later...I asked if the sandwich could not be made up now, only to be told no youâll have to come back later - can someone tell me the difference in the time it takes to make 1 sandwich, wether it be in a hour & half or now, I had already stood in the queue to whereas I could have placed an order there & then & the sandwich would have been processed...me thinks someone is in the wrong job - extremely unhelpful woman (it would have taken 2mins to make the sandwich)...unhelpful woman or wrong policies subway...either way...
