After a really awful decaff cappuccino last Friday, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and returned with my husband for a take-out coffee. We were almost home by the time he tasted his coffee... supposed to be a Cappuccino, it had Hazelnut syrup in it. I have a daughter with nut allergy, so this could have been a very dangerous error. My so-called decaff cappuccino was the same as last time... tasted like a very weak latte and wasn't nice at all. I've been to this Costa several times before with no complaints but will think again after the last 2 visits. Come on Costa what's with the decaff...

Where do I start?
With the drive-thru, we've had drinks tipped over us due to them not putting the lids on securely and properly.
With hot drinks like Hot Chocolates, they don't mix these sufficiently or fill the cup full enough.
The drive-thru speaker quality is temperamental with muffled sounds, making it difficult to hear what is being said.
