I recently booked a VIP table for a birthday celebration, which included tickets for 8 people, a 3L bottle of vodka, and was advertised as a no-queue experience. Initially, the booking process was smooth, and I appreciated the staff’s efforts to clarify the details regarding the table and the tickets, despite some initial confusion.

However, our experience upon arrival was disappointing and did not meet the expectations set by the booking. We paid for VIP tickets that promised no waiting in queues, but upon arrival, we were informed by security that our table would only be available at 11:30 pm, whereas I had received confirmation that it would be ready by 10:00 pm. This delay was frustrating, especially given the cost of the VIP package.

Furthermore, instead of being seated in a lively, upscale environment, we found ourselves among mostly teenagers—more like high school students—rather than the mature, exclusive atmosphere one would expect from a VIP experience. We had to wait until around midnight to be seated, and even then, the music was a chaotic mix of genres rather than the quality R&B night we anticipated.

We also had to purchase additional drinks despite spending nearly £500 on the VIP package, which was disappointing. By the time we were able to sit at our table, only about a quarter of the 3L vodka bottle had been used, and the table was cleared by 2:26 am, leaving us with a fraction of the bottle paid for.

Overall, what was supposed to be a premium VIP experience turned out to be a significant letdown. The delays, environment, and overall service did not align with the expectations set by the booking process or the advertised VIP experience. I hope the management considers these issues to improve future guests’ experiences. What a horrible...

We came in to this night time club on the off chance after attending a daytime party elsewhere. It was fab, amazing music played all night long, no awkward pauses in between when no one knows the songs even at our age. Credit to the music men! Clean facilities, especially in the ladies loos. Expensive on the door, is the only downfall. We paid for an upgrade of our night and got provided a seating area and bucket of refreshments. Young lady providing this service was impressive, she sought us out and offered us her best deal. Quick service and clever flames and confetti. Continued to check on us throughout the night and was patient when we spilt drinks. We tried to offer her a service tip, however she told us to spend our money on the bar and that she would rather see us buy drinks and have more fun instead. Overall we just wanted to leave a review of the club and workers as we had a brilliant night and will definitely be looking to return some time soon. Keep up the good...

A horrible place. I'm a 29 year old woman who was out for a works doo and I was assaulted by a male bouncer. My friend had a drink from another night club (silly). I took a sip after paying £10 just got through the door when a male grabbed me from behind and started pushing me. When I asked why and what was going on I asked the security to stop touching me and requested management come and speak to me. A then female off duty security tried to intimidate me and was overly aggressive. This ended up in me being hit in the face and having my arm twisted round my back like was being arrested. When my colleagues where horrified and tried to help me they where also pushed and thrown around. On being grabbed out I asked another bouncer why as I was so confused about why that was necessary and faced more threats and verbal abuse. Multiple times they said the would call the police and I asked them to do so but then they refused. I'm hoping they will give me the cctv and act on...
