Update: most of the regular stalls are now back and open, however not enough people were taking notice of the Covid-19 guidance and there was no obvious social distancing at the tables outside the cafés. The wardens weren't taking any notice of people's behaviour so although you may catch Covid-19 you're probably not going to be fined...

Read moreVery good market..lots of choice in a great area, but parking and traffic can be a nightmare. There's park & ride not far from the market, just off the Ringwood rd..signed. Just want to mention; getting to the shopping complex on the A36 south in Salisbury coming from the north.. Andover/Amesbury over the flyover on the lefthand lane to the roundabout to get to the A36..it's atrocious for long delays..its a serious problem..i avoid it like the plague and coming from the west on the righthand lane to the same roundabout.. errrrr!.. absolutely no way..never ever been to that out of centre...

Said to the wife I could consider moving to Salisbury just for the market. Fruit and veg stalls were excellent, with good quality produce at excellent prices. Thought the bread and other items were expensive, but seemingly it's the same where ever we go these days.
