UK Fried Chicken & Pizza — Restaurant in Great Britain

The food itself was nice, the chips were cooked nicely and I like the idea of giving free sauce (unlimited). The pizza tasted alright but the cheese topping was easy to peel off exposing the contents underneath which doesn't look good in terms of presentation. The customer service the first time I went, was lovely. The barista even made a joke but the second time I went the barista (different) seemed pushy and sort of annoyed with his job. it wasn't a pleasant customer service. some of them need to try and learn to work under pressure but at the same time keep the conversation at a nice tempo. overall, it's a nice and I'd recommend it. Tasty food but DIRT EVERYWHERE!!!,old oil and general mess in same places for over the last decade at least (in past they could probably get away with it but now it's unacceptable!!! Absolutely disgraceful service ~ ordered through just eat food came and it was the completely wrong order, rang to complain told us they only do collections and don't do 10" pizzas, put the phone down on us and then wouldn't answer.Food was absolutely vile, cold, not cooked correctly.
