Ok, so we didn't have a meal, but toasted teacakes. However, I think this place deserves a five-star rating.

As we entered, everyone was welcoming and friendly. Usually, in a café you might get a hello, but not much else.

Another customer came in at the same time and was welcomed and talked to in a manner that showed real care for her, even though it was her first time too.

The tea was good, as was the toasted teacake and jam. For both of us, the cost was just £8. Which, coincidentally, I had as cash, but no more. I should have paid by card so I could have left a tip.

Obviously, it's not somewhere I would travel to deliberately. But if you are 8n the area and want a tea or coffee and something to eat, then this café is well...

I recently visited this charming little café tucked away on a quiet side street, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish! The cozy atmosphere, with its warm lighting, comfy seating, and subtle jazz playlist, made it the perfect spot to unwind on a lazy afternoon. The menu is a standout—fresh, creative, and packed with options for every taste. I went for the avocado toast with poached eggs and a side of their house-made granola parfait, and both were perfection. The ingredients tasted incredibly fresh, the portions were generous, and the presentation was Instagram-worthy without trying too hard. My latte was smooth and expertly crafted, with just the right foam art to...

Absolutely disappointed…we ordered pancakes the pancakes where tasteless there was hardly any fruit on it only two strawberries little bits of apple not even one banana it was cut in half it was very less for the price we payed, as soon as I bit into it ,it tasted very oniony we couldn’t eat no more there was this very strong taste of onion 🧅 when we went to pay for it the guy asked was everything okay we did say well it did taste like onion he apologised and kept saying we do keep separate knife’s for each food we prepare..instead of offering us a partial refund he only took 25p off lol I won’t be going in there again a waste of £18 very...

Just re-visited this cosy cafe, and I’m thoroughly impressed! The place is spotless, and the staff is incredibly welcoming, making you feel right at home. The food is absolutely delicious, and the wait time is more than reasonable. I highly recommend trying the smoothies—both the mango and avocado ones were fantastic! Parking is convenient with street spots available close by. It’s also a great spot for families with young kids, as they offer a variety of options for little ones. It's definitely a must-visit! 👌
