Crown & Cushion — Restaurant in England

Me and a group of friends came to the crown and cushion for a drink. There was a blonde lady who was collecting glasses who was extremely rude to our group, she was screaming & shouting in everyone’s faces, she was very unprofessional. I’ve honestly never experienced anything like it in my life, I felt very unwelcomed. I’m northampton born & bread and I’ve honestly never felt so uncomfortable in my hometown. I reviewed this pub as a nice pub 3 years ago, oh how times have changed, we were in there on Saturday, we sat in the garden and there were people with children in the garden, no issues at all, we went to go there today with our 7 year old only to be told that no children are allowed, how does that work? This is supposed to be a family pub, won't be going there...
