Yankee Meal — Restaurant in Great Britain

Extremely. disappointed.

We have been ordering from this place for around 8 years. The food is tasty however i've been left furious after our experience with a delivery driver tonight.

The driver refused to get in the lift and knock on the door. Instead he rang my mum and demanded she come down to the reception and get it. She is an amputee and we ordered for DELIVERY. After arguing he said he left it on the desk and hung up.

I went downstairs to check and there was no food there. We rang the restaurant and the same snotty foreign man picked up and started shouting at my mum not letting her speak at all. He then said he left the food on the floor OUTSIDE where anyone walking past could have just picked it up and stolen it. Then proceeded to curse at her on the phone and we told him we aren't ordering ever again after that. The food was freezing and honestly considering reporting this restaurant if i'm being honest. Popped in to grab sone dinner today whilst working nearby. Inititally a bit sceptical due to cartoon theme painting of mickey mouse and donal duck on the wall 😂 and when i saw how cheap the price was for most things i wasnt expecting much. Must say i was pleasantly surprised the chicken burger was good with hash brown and cheese, the chips were crispy and had some sort of seasoning that tasted nice, the donner meat was ok but no better or worse than any other takeaway donner. Overall good value for money and the fella serving me was really polite...

Staff are ways friendly and consider when arriving. They're always chat to you whilst you wait on your order and very accommodating with what you want to make your meal tasty. I've never had a bad thing to say, both having takeaway collecting from the store to even having it delivered to myself. A really nice place. The interior may need another redecorating but.. all in all doesn't affect you if you're just there to...
