Zumuku Sushi Congleton — Restaurant in Great Britain

I would give zero stars if I could! Ordered last night at 7:25pm food due to arrive at 8:25. At 8:30 still no food I checked my emails and had an email to say my food had been out for delivery since 8pm!! It would now be stone cold! By 8:42 still not arrived I called them up and they just kept talking over me and then the phone was passed around to different staff saying they were busy! I told them to cancel the driver I don’t want the food after being in a car for 40 minutes and refund me. Went to bed without anything eat at 8:55 the driver started calling me for my address!! I messaged him and told him to take the food back I’d cancelled the order over 10 mins ago and that 55 minutes was shocking he said that’s reasonable given he had 5 deliveries to make!! I told him it wasn’t the food would be stone cold he said he had to keep to speed limits honest to god by this time I was fuming I wasn’t well, I messaged the restaurant that they said they would call the driver to cancel but no he’s ringing me at 5 to 9 for my address and I wanted a refund they read my messages but no reply I sent a message saying I can see your reading but not responding they came back with can we have your number I said no I’m not well not eaten and done with this I want a refund - NO APOLOGY, No explanation of why after an hour the food hadn’t arrived, blasé driver, honestly the worst service I’ve had and still no refund! I ordered on the congleton eats app over an hour and 30 minutes ago from writing this. Finally, it arrived and honestly? not worth the money nor the wait; I had the Pork Broth Tonkotsu Ramen and Minced Duck Gyoza. The ramen was decent, meat was cooked lovely but I found a white hair on one of the ingredients and apart from that it was middling at best. The Duck Gyoza was absolutely abhorrent, I couldn't even take a bite because of how much the flavours clashed with each other. It was overbearingly awful as if someone had intentionally sabotaged it.
