If you need to avoid physical reaction to foods containing gluten there will not be a brilliant selection save for the lovely salads. The few gluten-free cakes are far too sweet, but. There are no meats, nor fish and fowl foods but I'm pleased to say that you may have milk in your coffee if you prefer it. My only criticism is the absence of meat on the menu. Perhaps it is too expensive, requiring more effort to comply with handling, I don't know. Nevertheless, it panders to the whims and fancies of the veggies which choose to avoid meat but not those who need to avoid gluten for strict medical reasons. Their baked vegan Rosemary Focaccia bread is delicious and not excessively soaking in virgin olive oil.
The café employs and shows compassion to neurodiverse staff, who may have learning difficulties and mental health challenges. The differently-abled café staff are friendly, kind and very helpful.
We need more places like this across the country / planet earth.
