We visited on a cloudy day so the views would have been underwhelming, however the views of the lake were really good.
The ride completed 3 revolutions like other observation wheels, however it seemed to be over much quicker as it wasn’t busy like others, so there was any pausing while others got on.
What really let it down was the staff who could do with customer service training. What a shame. The assistant who let us on the wheel was ok, but the assistants in the booth couldn’t care less. Lovely pubs near by to make up...
