Really poor service, poor excuses

Delivery was late and stated in just eat that it had been delivered. Spoke to the assistant manager (although then delivery driver said they didn’t have one) and he gave me some excuses about trackers being broken all day, then it was the bridge being shut (we have two bridges one out since early this morning and clearly nothing done to help negate that or the delivery times would of been adjusted on the app) I really wish people would just hold their hands up and be honest about being busy, messing up etc but it seems they can’t at Papa johns Great Yarmouth.

It’s seems their honesty and service is aligned with their food hygiene rating of 2! Should of checked that before I ordered, got let down and then spoke to the person who thinks he’s an assistant manager….. clearly his team don’t think the same. Shame you have such a great tasting product which is being let down by really poor poor people. On the plus side Delivery driver was nice and pleasant and the food...

I have never experienced anything like tonight. Price was wrong and when queried was told by the driver im a liar. The food was half hour late from the quoted time on justeat, well over an hour from ordering.

The driver phoned his boss and offered a new price for £40 which was still more than the just eat order was. Food got taken back by the driver, ended up with a hungry family, a ruined night in and not even on appolgy.

Just eat gave me a voucher to use as a sorry and we orsed somewhere else. Ended up eating at 8.30pm!

If youre too busy, dont take anymore orders, dont lie to your customers and dont remove discounts when it dont suit you and expect custimers to pay in excess of £50...

I ordered pizza and potato tots The pizza had hardly any toppings on it. all you could visually see was tomato sauce base and a little bit of cheese Barely enough to cover the tomato base Each slice had perhaps three small pieces of topping.
