Good night over-all... Got shouted at a member of staff for not saying "please" although; It's a really noisy club, most of my time my thank-you's go unheard and bartenders do not expect it as you would in a quiet place such as a restaurant. 2.I 99% of the time say thank you but she turned her head away before I could even say it, but I planned on rectifying it with a "thank you".

She later went on to say, "What else" in a really rude manner and was being super patronizing but I had no idea what she was talking about because like I said most of the time bartenders would rather server than worry about people saying pleases. ANYWAYS, when she said kept trying to get me to say "Please" I said it then went on to say "This is a club not a bar" meaning it's not always easy to say please when there's super loud music playing right in your ear and MAN she got mad and started being so aggressive. The main point being is that I'm spending my money to this company I should not feel threatened at all when SPENDING money, there is no rule to say...

Since had feedback from pop world and all sorted. Genuine responded from one of the kindest manager i've spoken to and more than happy to to have us back to make up for our last night out. - Sadly had a bad experience in pop world over the weekend. Had gone out for a friends birthday to have drinks a dance and a good time. However I was informed after we left that one of the friends in our group (a trans women) was pulled a side by security and told that she was no longer allowed to use the female toilets after a complaint and that if they needed to go that she would have to go to the bar and ask for the key to the disabled toilets. To make things even worse we had a trans man and a non-binary friend in the friendship group using the mens toilet all night with securities knowledge and nothing was said. I am gentle man I went to the smoking area Someone was trying to jump from there to inside,I didn’t know him,he was falling down so I holded his hand. Lady bouncer saw that and she took me out. I tried to explain to her that I didn’t know this person,but she is arrogant and doesn’t listen anyone. She is spoiling the business and name of the popworld.
