Starbucks Wisley A3 Southbound — Restaurant in Guildford

I visit a Starbucks nearly every morning in and around London and I can safely say this branch is the worst I have stepped in. The shop itself is nice, the devote is clean but it doesn't invite you in as many others do. It seems very sparce with loads of unused space. However that is the least of the problems. I have the same breakfast. Cheese and Marmite Sarnie and large filter coffee. This morning, no Sarnie. When I asked I got the answer "only what is there". And to be honest there wasn't much else, 5 breakfast packs. There was one person in front of me, however it took the guy at the till 8 minutes to acknowledge me. He just said "Yes". No hello, what can I get you that I have grown to expect. I asked for my normal order, to which he tutted, turned round and started to put the filter machine on. The only plus was the frappe I got and that's pretty standard any starbucks you go to so hard to get wrong. There was no where to sit as the seating area was cordoned off and the only table had 4 chairs around it and in use by an elderly couple. The worst bit for me was the poor attitude of the lady behind the counter. Not even a hello, smile.. nothing. The most interaction I got from her was her asking what size coffee I wanted. However, she clearly had the ability to smile because as soon as I'd made my payment she walked off to talk to another lady who was writing on your chalkboard and they were having a little gossip.
