McDonald's — Restaurant in Harlow

Ordered through McDonald's app! Make sure you change your delivery options when ordering and pick any other restaurant!!!!!!! My mistake want be ordering through app and using Uber Eats in the future! Food arrived late that's fine it was explained but it was cold not even warm, got this order as an end of the year treat for my children. It took driver 7 minutes to deliver brilliant so it makes me wonder if the food was ready on the counter for about 40 minutes!!!! Spoke to the agent through the McDonald's app and he wasn't very helpful, keep repeating himself and when I asked who I could speak about this issue he said me, he then finished my conversation and ticked yes at the end so he could wrap up the chat. Ordered from here a few times using Uber eats. Quite often there is something missing. Yes Uber give you a refund for the missing items, but this was my lunch which I now have to pay the delivery and service charge again to get my complete lunch. Because Uber won't refund the delivery and service charge when items are missing or just tell the store to send it back out here's a driver.

I understand mistakes happen and things do get missed but this isn't the customers issue so why should we have to pay fees twice.

I am giving this 5 star rating because I had a few mess ups in my delivery's but I drove down to the new kitchen and spoke with the manager who was extremely polite and rectified the problem and was completely apologetic, I do understand they have a huge ton of orders to deal with with very few staff and I felt bad for complaining as bad as I did when I saw their workload with such a small team and they were lovely people, so please Don't go mad like I did and remember they are trying their hardest because I felt terrible after I met them ,...
