First time at TH Harlow. Really mellow and chilled out atmosphere, just how it should be for me. I ordered the Tuna wrap and a shake which were delicious with great service provided by Arun and the rest of the staff. Even got a couple of complimentary doughnuts! Awesome customer service guys and thank you. Honestly, I would’ve given 5 stars if not for the smell of wee on the approach to use the bathroom. The men’s toilets weren’t clean at ALL and the lock was broken for one of the cubicle doors so please do look into that. Also, my wife said the same on about the ladies’ bathroom. It wasn’t at all a busy time of the day but even if it were regardless, there’s no excuse for unclean toilets or even the overwhelming smell of wee. It’s a huge negative and I would’ve given another star less if not for the awesome customer service by Arun and the staff. Overall, I would definitely visit again and would recommend.

Having visited the Tim Hortons in Harlow around 15 times since opening, I had expected they would have sorted out some of the early issues they had, unfortunately not. So with some of the stuff below in mind, I'd say it's more of a 2.5 out of 5. Ordered is easy via the screens, after which issues always occur which is a shame as I generally enjoy their coffee, food of sweet and savoury variety. They quite often seem quite disorganised and orders can take a while despite not being that busy and this follows on to the seating area, which has often had unclean tables with old food and bags/storage still on tables. Every time we've ordered there has been an issue, whether it's missing food, condiments or drinks, it's a constant theme. On top of this, they have a tendency to just put any Timbits or donuts in the box - they constantly just add random Timbits and don't pay attention to the order, and if donuts are not available, they will just add whatever they think without even asking if that's okay. I'd also say the food needs to be sorted as it comes out lukewarm, most of the time. They're generally very friendly though and are happy to help, but it seems a shame that they don't pay attention initially. I really do enjoy the food, the Timbits/Donuts and their drinks (I mostly drink coffee) of which myself and the missus have tried numerous menu options. And as explained above, they're rather friendly and apologetic when issues occur, but it shouldn't be happening this far after opening.

This place will last a year, maybe two, tops. Just ordered from their hot meals menu. It was all stone cold and didn't taste that good. They're positioned opposite McDonald's, (in Harlow!), serving smaller portions at higher prices and everything is cold. Good luck with that. The burger patties taste like the ones they used to serve in our school canteen. Not great. £4 for 3 small, cold, low grade chicken nuggets. Fast food dining at its meanest. I've included a 5p coin in the picture for scale, they hadn't dropped it in my dinner, but I wouldn't have been that surprised. The plastic cutlery may as well not be there. It shatters even on soft food and leaves splinters of sharp plastic in your food. I managed to find it without choking. Don't approve of single-use plastic cutlery anyway. Can't they use wood? Most of it is finger food after all. Update: Gave them another try. Chicken tenders still small and cold. Potato fry things hot this time amd tasted alright. Coffee disgusting, tasted like the machine needs cleaning which, for a company that claims to serve Canada's most popular coffee, doesn't make me want to buy coffee when I go to Canada. Same meal across the road at McDonald's about 25% cheaper and bigger.

Oh man, this was bad. Drove past Tim Horton's on the way to one of their biggest competitors a few metres up the road. I decided to try these out as it's a name I keep seeing pop up. As we entered the store there was A4 printed off signs detailing the items they did not have in stock. I ordered 3 drinks, all dairy free, at their grotty touch screen panels. We waited for around ten minutes before being approached by a staff member to detail that they did not have the milk we had specified. We then chose our second option and they did not have that either. We settled on whatever they could provide. We waited another ten minutes for drinks to appear - I was adamant to give them the chance. The drinks were lukewarm, one of them did not have the specified flavouring. The worst, however, was my son's mint choc shake. The milk they had added was very watery and they had failed to add the choc part of the shake. This left my son with a watered down, icey mint mess, likened to what one might gob into the sink following a vigorous tooth brushing. Unfortunately we did not notice this until we were a mile down the road, driving past our original destination. Will I return? Not a chance in hell.

Our first visit a couple of days ago. The place looks nice and we were excited to try it. Not overly impressed I’m afraid. Firstly, service was disappointing, we ordered 2 hot drinks without whipped cream. We went for breakfast on NYE so the place was empty and as I was standing to collect my order I could see the lady preparing the drinks adding whipped cream to one of our drinks. Her colleague came over and pointed out both were without but they shrugged their shoulders and put a lid on it and tried to hand it over to me. I immediately said that both drinks were specified without whipped cream and I saw them adding it to one. One of them tried to argue saying no only 1 drink was specified without at the same time as the other lady said oh yeah I saw my mistake can I just spoon it out. Secondly the crispy bacon looked one this (see photos) it’s all grey and floppy. Didn’t look fresh at all. Lastly the sausage patties looked pale and undercooked. Other than that coffee was good and the timbers were nice. The breakfast could’ve been nice if the workers took some care preparing it properly.

I love Tim Hortons as it's nostalgic for me and reminds me of my time in Canada. I was excited that there is one near my university. I've been many times and both eaten in and taken out. The donuts are good, I recommend their classics- the maple dip or an apple fritter. Order machines often glitch and service can be slow, and I've experienced both unprofessional staff (swearing as they take orders and being rude to delivery drivers waiting) and staff that are amazing and go above and beyond. We visited as a group before closing during their March deal and the servers were so friendly and accommodating, apologising for a lack of some things but helping us adapt the meal deal so we could still benefit from the offer. I recommend the vegetarian no-chicken burger, the sauce on it is amazing- I'd happily buy it if they sold it in a bottle! I'll keep going to Tim's as it is a taste of Canada but this particular chain often has issues which I expected to last as they opened and got sorted but are still there a long time on.
